Is Halo 5: Guardians still worth getting for Xbox One?

I had it a couple months after it came out and then a friend stole it so I haven’t played it in quite awhile. I’ve been thinking about getting it, but want to know, am I getting a game with a stable, consistent player base or is matchmaking super lon speed test g and there’s only max rank grinders and try hards left?  showbox,
